In the month of April we launched #Care4Care, which was designed to support Carers– people who care for others. We would like to take an opportunity to thank all our donors and partners for making this happen. If you wish to support us to further our work, please donate here.
In this blog post, we will offer you an up-to-date tracker of the #Care4Care campaign. This is what we’ve done so far. This month was the last month we ran this campaign.
Covid Relief Packages
We distributed two batches of relief packages in this month,
Our first group of volunteers were from Jhanvi Foundation, Mumbai who are out to support vulnerable people with food and engage with people to arrange oxygen cylinders. We distributed 40 packages to these volunteers which will support them to deliver necessities with safety.
We also distributed another 50 packages to Ahmednagar based volunteer group, who are a community based in Maharashtra helping people with food and daily essentials in hospitals.
The relief package included masks, shields, gloves, sanitisers and a note of In Solidarity.
If you would like to support our vision to make India more Equitable, Inclusive and Sustainable. Please donate here, because it’s always because of members’ effort like you that keeps us going. This will help us conduct more activities around the country.
