On 3rd Oct Sunday, we supported two initiatives by the Unicorn Art Club, Mahadev Foundation The Indian Ploggers Army. Rachna from Unicorn Art Club, Smitham from Mahadev Foundation and Raj from IPA were present at the venue. We did this drive at two locations of Bangalore – Jayanagar in the morning and Hosakerahalli Lake in the evening.

The aim of the events was to help eradicate the non-reusable waste from public spaces and pass on the knowledge to shopkeepers and people to choose better sustainable options that will help the community to reduce their waste.

There were ___ volunteers who joined the cleanup drive. Raj from the Indian Ploggers Army gave a brief on waste segregation and also, took an oath along with volunteers on 8R’s that will help a person to think before they choose a non-reusable product.
