What was interesting was that nearly 60% of the complaints were against ADANI electricity. This was in sync with what had been circulating on social media platforms — , most of the tweets and Instagram posts were around inflated electricity bills customers had received from the providers.
No other service provider in Mumbai has received so many complaints. Unfortunately, Adani electricity has been slack in addressing these, while many residents are still waiting to hear back. The helpline should rightfully address customers’ queries and concerns. Sign this campaign asking Adani electricity to have in place an appropriate system to look into customers’ inflated bills and redress them within one week.
